Essencial Grooming
Essential Grooming is the ideal full-service package for a clean, healthy, polished look, without the complexity of a scissor-style finish. This service includes a bath with premium products, professional blow-dry, full brush-out, nail trimming, ear cleaning, paw and sanitary trimming, and a full-body haircut done with clippers only. It’s perfect for pet parents who want a tidy, easy-to-maintain style with excellent overall care.

Full Bath
The Full Bath service focuses on hygiene, comfort, and coat maintenance. It includes a luxurious bath with premium products, gentle blow-dry, a thorough brush-out, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and paw pad and sanitary trimming when needed. This option is perfect for dogs who do not require a haircut but still deserve complete top-to-tail care with a refreshed, clean finish.

Nails Trimming
Nail Trimming is a quick, gentle, and stress-free service designed to keep your dog’s nails at a safe and comfortable length, helping prevent overgrowth, discomfort, and posture issues. The service does not require a bath or haircut and can be done on its own. Walk-ins are welcome, although appointments are recommended.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show. This fee exists because missed appointments prevent another pet from receiving care during that time slot.
LATE PICKUP FEE
After your dog’s service is completed, you will receive a pickup notice. You have one hour to pick up your pet. A $15 fee will be charged for every 30 minutes your dog remains after this period. This helps us maintain a calm, low-stress environment for all pets in our care.
AGE LIMIT POLICY (New Clients)
To prioritize safety and well-being during grooming, D Luxe Dog Spa has age limits for new clients. We cannot accept small dogs over 13 years old, medium to large dogs over 12 years old, or extra-large breeds over 10 years old. Thank you for understanding and helping us ensure your pet’s comfort and safety.

What grooming services do you offer?
We offer three main grooming experiences:
• Artistic Grooming (exclusive, scissor-style, by Diana Paiva)
• Essential Grooming (full-body haircut + bath package)
• Full Bath (hygiene and coat-care without haircut)
We also offer nail trimming and several optional add-ons such as detox treatments, deep hydration masks, ozone therapy, and more.
Do you accept all dog sizes and breeds?
We welcome most small, medium, and large breeds, depending on weight and temperament.
For Artistic Grooming, we only accept small dogs up to 20 lbs.
For Full Bath and Essential Grooming, larger dogs may be accepted depending on size and coat condition.
Weight limits and breed exceptions apply for safety and comfort.
Do you have age limits for new clients?
Yes. To ensure safety and minimize stress, we cannot accept:
• Small dogs over 13 years
• Medium to large dogs over 12 years
• Extra-large breeds over 10 years
Existing clients may be evaluated individually.
Do you require vaccinations?
Yes. All dogs must have Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella up to date.
A photo of the vaccine records is required before booking approval.
How long do grooming services take?
• Artistic Grooming: 1.5 hours–3 hours (one-on-one exclusive)
• Essential Grooming: 1–2+ hours
• Full Bath: 30 min–2+ hours

How do I book an appointment?
All appointments must be requested through our online form.
Your request will be reviewed manually, and our team will contact you to confirm the date, time, and vaccine records before final approval.
Can I stay during the grooming appointment?
For most appointments, we do not allow pet parents to stay inside the grooming area, as dogs tend to relax more when the environment is calm and distraction-free.
However, you can stay with your pup if you choose our Private Session add-on.
The Private Session gives you access to:
• A fully private grooming space
• One-on-one time with the groomer
• A quieter, controlled environment
• The option to observe the process from a comfortable area
This experience is ideal for anxious dogs, first-timers, or pet parents who want to stay close during grooming.
Please note: Private Sessions have an additional fee and must be booked in advance.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations without notice or late arrivals (over 15 minutes) incur an $80 no-show fee.
Do you offer walk-ins?
We accept walk-ins only for Nail Trimming, depending on availability.
All other services require an appointment request.
What affects the price of my dog’s grooming?
Final pricing depends on:
